I have a join code. Where do I enter it?
Open the Programs tab and type the code in "Have a join code?". A join link from your coach works too.
I don't see today's workout.
Workouts appear on the day they are scheduled, in the program's timezone, once your coach publishes them. Check that you have joined the program on the Programs tab.
I logged the wrong score.
Open the workout, tap Edit on your score, and save the right one or delete it.
Someone's score is wrong or their name is offensive.
On the leaderboard, tap the ⋯ next to their entry to report the score or block them. Reports are reviewed by the administrator.
